RETURNS POLICY
No return on sale items at all ever. But you can sell them on the Tusik Facebook group items listed sell fast & for the same as you paid for them. When you purchase an item at checkout you are agreeing to the purchase with no return on the sale item. This includes mystery packs and ruggers 2 packs.
We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right. But please read this carefully before placing your order. Please make sure you check our size chart at the bottom of this page.
When an item comes back to us simply because the wrong size was chosen, the cost of:
- Re-shipping another size
- Re-packing and handling
It completely removes any profit from that order.
We keep all of our products prices as low as possible to make sure you can keep purchasing as many as you need has a very low profit.
We want to keep prices fair, keep making fresh releases, and stay sustainable — so getting the size right the first time is so important.
💬 Ordered the Wrong Size?
No stress — you can list it quickly on our Tusik Flat Rugger Facebook page or any other Facebook pages that invite clothing resales.
The buyer pays postage, you keep your cash, and then you can reorder the correct size whenever you’re ready.

We’ve created detailed size guides to help you find the perfect fit. Please, please take a moment to go over them properly before ordering. Our return policy is in place because returns are expensive for a small business like ours — especially when most are due to size issues that could’ve been avoided with a quick check.
Side note -We have had an increasing number of jeans sent back due to people not checking the sizes first and there has been no tracking number provided. We never received the jeans.
Due to this we will not send you new jeans if your return jeans never arrive. Please do not send if you are not going to contact us with your tracking number.

Why We Don’t Cover Return Postage
As a small business, we already subsidise your shipping costs. What you pay at checkout is substantially less than what AusPost actually charges us, and postage rates rise every year.

JEANS - Temptress jeans are our first style. We are introducing new styles which who’ll have their own fit info.
Temptress. Please note that they are non stretch and to be worn loose or understand that they are tight fitting if worn to size with no give an stretch. Please be very careful and order your correct size instead of ordering any size and then asking to send back. Returns on sizes are something we are wanting to stop doing because it’s much easier to ensure you checked and ordered your correct size first then spend money on changing them out.

SHIRT SIZES
Women: All of our shirts including fishing shirts are standard men’s sizes so women move down a size. If you would normally wear a M you will be a tusik small. This is across all styles!
Men stay the same as they would normal as out sizing is standard mens sizes across the board
