RETURNS POLICY

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right. But please read this carefully before placing your order.

Check the Size Chart Down The Bottom – It Matters!

We’ve created detailed size guides to help you find the perfect fit. Please, please take a moment to go over them properly before ordering. Our return policy is in place because returns are expensive for a small business like ours — especially when most are due to size issues that could’ve been avoided with a quick check.

-Email about a return first to see if you are eligible to send the item back.
-Returns sent back without a tracking number are not excepted.

-We have had an increasing number of jeans sent back due to people not checking the sizes first and there has been no tracking number provided. We never received the jeans.

Due to this we will not send you new jeans if your return jeans never arrive. Please do not send if you are not going to contact us with your tracking number.

How Returns Work

• You’re welcome to return any full-priced items for store credit for item only not for your return shipping or our shipping back again. 
• We do not offer refunds.
• The credit will be for the value of the products only — postage costs are not credited.
• Return postage is your responsibility. Use tracked shipping and provide us with the shipping number as we can not do store credit until the items arrive back here. 
• Your store credit will be issued only once we receive the item in original, unworn condition.
• Contact first always. Return address is provided when you email us to prevent people sending back sale items that can’t be credited. 

No returns on any items bought during a sale or a mystery pack promotion.

Why We Don’t Cover Return Postage

As a small business, we already subsidise your shipping costs. What you pay at checkout is substantially less than what AusPost actually charges us, and postage rates rise every year.

JEANS - temptress jeans are out first style. We are introducing new styles which who’ll have their own fit info. 
temptress. Please note that they are non stretch and to be worn loose or understand that they are tight fitting if worn to size with no give an stretch. Please be very careful and order your correct size instead of ordering any size and then asking to send back. Returns on sizes are something we are wanting to stop doing because it’s much easier to ensure you checked and ordered your correct size first then spend money on changing them out.

SHIRT SIZES 

Women: All of our shirts including fishing shirts are standard men’s sizes so women move down a size. If you would normally wear a M you will be a tusik small. This is across all styles! 

Men stay the same as they would normal as out sizing is standard mens sizes across the board
